Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the pk959 website accessible at pk959.app, including all sub-pages, gaming interfaces, sportsbook, live casino, and mobile-optimised views.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform with the intent to do so.
• "pk959" / "We" / "Us" / "Company" means the internationally licensed entity operating the pk959 online gaming platform.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of any unreleased bonus funds where clearly indicated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-spin equivalent value, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account pursuant to a pk959 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and payment-method documentation process required before a Player may process withdrawals.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk959 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk959 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not attempt to register an Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk959 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout a Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pk959 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk959 or by any regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming in your place of residence.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful where you reside.

pk959 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Wallet Balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the pk959 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred PKR payment method. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pk959 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk959 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Deposits & Payments

pk959 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether). Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are displayed at the time of deposit and may be amended by pk959 at any time.

All deposits are processed in real time. pk959 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pk959 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pk959 reserves the right to request supporting documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used.
• Deposits made in error — including deposits made to a suspended or closed Account — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 24 hours of the transaction.
• pk959 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Transactions flagged as potentially suspicious may be delayed pending enhanced due-diligence review.

Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money Wallet Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same PKR payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by pk959's payments team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are typically processed within 2 business hours during standard banking hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated at the time of request and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds attached to a Wallet Balance that have not yet satisfied their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the associated real-money balance, unless the applicable promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

pk959 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of enhanced KYC, AML review, or investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered contact details.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk959 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin awards, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who are fully KYC-verified and in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each promotion is intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee a risk-free profit — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in the Account upon expiry of the validity period will be removed without notice.
• Game contribution rates toward Wagering Requirements vary by game category. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• pk959 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by Players who have commenced wagering pursuant to the relevant offer.

Betting Rules

All sports betting markets, live in-play wagers, and casino game rounds offered on pk959 are governed by the specific rules applicable to that market or game, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk959 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• pk959 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price — including prices resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human error in odds compilation — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In the event of a match, event, or game being abandoned, suspended, or otherwise failing to reach its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• pk959 operates a maximum payout policy per event and per Player per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and are subject to change.
• The Company's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject to any manifest error as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk959 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account, or registration of an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities — including "glitch exploitation" in electronic game titles.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer illicit funds.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology in order to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

Responsible Gaming

pk959 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Account's dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net result.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The Account is locked for play immediately upon activation.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term Account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk959 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pk959 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk959.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk959 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

pk959's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk959 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond pk959's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or any part thereof.

Amendments to These Terms

pk959 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it meaningfully alters your rights or obligations as a Player — pk959 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of a clause, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pk959.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version was published. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk959 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk959's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to submit a written complaint to the pk959 support team. pk959 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
